Shipping Policy

All orders are hand packed by Jessica with a personal touch to make your art opening experience special. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks of time to prepare to ship, as she is custom printing and hand-packaging these to get them to you in the best shape possible.

Both domestic and international orders will receive a Tracking ID and you will receive a notification once your order has been fulfilled. Due to the COVID-19 please allow possible extra time for arrival.

DOMESTIC

All orders under 1lb are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. All other orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking is provided.

All packages are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after order is received. Due to the COVID-19 please allow extra time for arrival.

INTERNATIONAL

All orders under 1lb are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. All other orders are shipped via USPS Priority International Mail. Tracking is provided.
Please keep in mind some countries may charge customs fee - it is buyers responsibility to cover any of those fees.

Due to COVID-19, international shipping may be highly delayed by all carriers therefore please allow extra time for arrival. (Up to 1-2 months)

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAX

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delivery delays due to customs. Buyer is responsible for contacting their local customs office to locate any held packages.

UK BUYERS

When will my package arrive?

Packages usually take a maximum of 1-2 weeks from the time of purchase to arrive (US) and 2-4 weeks to arrive if you are located out of the US. I am working on all orders promptly therefore the arrival of your package may come quicker. Prints are shipped with USPS First Class Mail, which according to USPS.com can take approximately 2-5 business days for USA domestic orders and up to 14 days+ for International orders. Thank you in advance for your patience.

How are the prints packaged?

  • All orders containing 11”x 14” prints as well as poster prints will be placed into a protective plastic sleeve and rolled up in a cylindrical shipping tube.

  • USA 8” x 10” prints will be placed into a protective plastic sleeve and shipped in a rigid envelope. (Orders that contain several prints will be shipped flat or in a tube depending on size and weight of order)

  • Totes are packaged in protective custom patterned paper and shipped in a bubble large envelope.

  • Stickers and mini prints will be shipped in a small rigid envelope.

  • Orders that contain several items will be packaged according to size and weight.

What paper/ink do you use?

I have upgraded my print quality and am now offering Giclee Prints for all 8” by 10” fine art prints!

WHAT ARE GICLEE PRINTS?

“Giclees are made using pigment-based inks. High Resolution and Color: They have the sharpest detail and highest resolution, displaying a full-color spectrum. Giclees capture every shade of an original work.”

Giclee prints are made to last 100+ years. A true collectable with a lot of value.

The prints are printed on luxurious thick fine art paper. Depending on what is best fit for the individual artwork, prints are printed on Satin, Matte or Watercolor Paper. All specifications including size and paper details are in the description section of each product. All artwork is scanned at maximum resolution and and reproduced to prints to feel as if you are holding the original piece!

The prints are made with archival quality inks. These inks are guaranteed a vivid and luminous color range to preserve the look of the original artwork, and are designed to last many years without fading. TIP: Hanging your print away from the sun and in a UV protected glass will ensure even more longevity

Poster Prints: Larger prints are printed on 100lb Paper. (Not Giclee)

5” by 7”: Mini prints are printed on 17pt Thick Matte Paper (Not Giclee)

Stickers are printed on high quality glossy vinyl. They are great for any surface! Sketchbooks, cars, bottles, bikes, electronics, you name it. They are also scratch and weatherproof!

Do the prints have a margin/border?

The margin/border will vary depending on the original aspect ratio of the artwork. Prints will either have no border, 0.25 inch, 0.5 inch or 1 inch borders. Check the description of each product for more info.

What is the return/refund policy?

Please note that Jessica is unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time, but if there are any issues with your order, if your package arrives damaged during shipment, please take a photo of the damaged package and art and contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and a short explanation. We then will discuss alternatives. Satisfaction is guaranteed. Thank you!

COVID-19 Information

Although not likely, we ask that you please expect shipping delays during this time, our shop remains open as usual with extra sanitary precautions in place to try to get the art to you promptly!

Shipping carriers have several restrictions in place to protect their workers in facilities that aren’t designed for physical distancing. As a result, shipping delays may occur and may run from 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
